This investment project fund started in a period that crowd-funding was popular in China and ProWise team delivered the professional due diligence process and design the proper investment structure to fulfill an investment group over 40 limited partners. ProWise team also played the role as General Partner (GP) to manage the project fund.

 

In 2015Q1, the fund successfully injected the capital and ProWise team began quarterly post-investment management, including attending the shareholder meeting of invested company and internal investment committee meeting. With a well-planned investment term, the invested company repurchased the shares, thus the fund successfully exited the project with 75% return.
